新形势下如何做好医院党务工作

[摘要] 随着我国国民生活水平的上升，人们对医院的整体医疗服务水平也有了更高的要求，为适应社会大众的要求，医院需要不断改善管理模式，在当前医疗改革和医疗机制不断转换的新形势下，院方需要采用合理的对策以做好党务工作，及时解决当下存在的问题，重视医院党风廉政建设，从而保障医院能够保持良好的运营状态，文章以新形势下医院做好党务工作的措施为出发点展开论述，以期为类似的研究工作提供理论基础。

[Abstract] With China"s national standard of living rise， people on the overall level of medical service for hospital also has the higher requirements， in order to meet the requirements of social public， the hospital needs to continue to improve management mode， under the new situation of the reform of medical system and medical system changes， the hospital need to use reasonable measures to do a good job in party work， timely solve the problems exist in the moment， pay attention to the hospital construction of a clean and honest government， in order to protect the hospital to maintain good operating condition， the hospitals under the new situation do measures of party work as the starting point to discuss， in order to provide theoretical basis for similar work.

医院想要在激烈的竞争中保持良好的状态就需要不断地改善自身的管理模式，通过抓好院方的党务工作，建设廉政党风党纪，及时解决新形势下面临的新问题和新情况，优化医院的工作运行机制，促进医院的良好发展。
1医院加强党务工作的必要性
随着医疗卫生事业的快速发展，医院的党务工作成为新形势下一项重要的工作，党务工作的好坏与医院的形象和声誉直接挂钩，党务工作是党和群众联系的重要桥梁，其质量的好坏将直接对医院职工凝聚力和执行力产生影响，随着我国的医疗机制不断转换，医疗管理模式的不断创新，医院的党建工作需要顺应新时代的要求，坚持科学发展观，树立大局意识，建立创新意识，责任意识，学习意识等，不断提高医院的协调能力和工作谋划能力，从而适应社会大众的要求，进一步提高医院的形象和声誉，确保医院的健康发展。
