教育局创建文明城市工作总结

　**区教育局按按照区文明办的统一布暑，在在全区中小学校广泛深入地开开展了创建全国文明城市，构构建和谐校园的活动。现就开开展创建全国文明城市工作情情况总结如下：

　我局高度重视创建全国国文明城市工作，成立了以党党组书记、局长为组长、各分分管副局长为副组长、各科室室负责人为成员的教育系统创创建全国文明城市工作领导小小组，并逐一对照《**区创创建全国文明城市目标任务分分解表》，各校（单位）明确确了各自的目标任务，同时，，对各项目标落实了责任科室室，根据工作计划安排对学校校创建工作进行专项督查，保保证了全系统创建工作顺利推推进。

　结合合创建全国文明城市要求，根根据教师职业特点，我局以““师德专题教育与践行活动””为重点，结合学校“三风””建设，出台了《成都市***区教育局关于深入开展师德德教育活动的方案》，组织各各中小学开展形式各异的“四四德”活动。通过举办德育专专家专题讲座，优秀班主任论论坛，家长课堂等，进一步提提高了教师对“四德”的认识识，增强了教师践行“四德””的意识和能力。如东大街二二小请来了四川省特级教师、、全国青少年研究中心特约专专职德育研究员钟书荣老师，，从对道德的认识、德育的理理解、教师的“四德”三方面面作了深入浅出的讲解；庆丰丰小学开展了“我向身边同事事学

　20008年5月底，全系统开展展了“地震中的师生情结———我和学生们的故事”师德征征文活动，收集地震期间我区区教师的感人事迹，宣传我区区教师的光荣形象。这次活动动共收到各校推荐的师德征文文200多篇。本次活动评出出一等奖10篇，二等奖200篇，三等奖30篇，组织奖奖10名，并将前15名的文文章汇集成册，向全区发放。。

　（一）注重养成教教育，加强青少年的思想道德德建设是我们的一项长期工作作。尤其是培养青少年养成文文明礼仪的习惯更是我们的重重点工作之一。今年，我们进进一步开展“全国青少年文明明礼仪普及活动”，加大宣传传力度，切实提高青少年的思思想道德水平。现我区有十余余所学校已经积极申报了“全全国青少年文明礼仪教育示范范基地”，同时为加强青少年年的思想道德建设，我们还在在学生中倡导自觉遵守爱国、、诚信、友善的社会基本道德德规范，并开展了以家庭美德德、个人品德建设为主要内容容的实践活动，引导广大中小小学生明礼仪、重言行，懂得得为人做事的基本道理，具备备文明生活的基本素养，学会会正确处理人与人、人与社会会、人与自然等基本关系，使使未成年思想道德建设上了一一个新台阶。

　（二）根据本本校的德育课题，加强“构建建和谐校园”的课题研究。以以班级为单位，组织班主任围围绕“构建和谐校园”的主题题定期策划板报、开展班队活活动，如“文明礼仪伴我行””、“和谐·文明”等主题活活动。

　为进一步加加强中小学生心理健康教育，，结合创建工作要求，我局发发出了《成都市**区教育局局关于进一步加强中小学生心心理健康教育的通知》。要求求全区中小学校改善心理健康康教育工作的软、硬件建设，，加强心理咨询室的建设工作作，积极开展专兼职心理辅导导员的专业培训工作。目前，，我区所有中小学校已按要求求完成了心理咨询室硬、软件件建设。全区共建成23个心心理咨询室，共投入经费655万余元。通过为期九周的培培训已有46名教师成为了合合格的专、兼职心理辅导员，，并已在抗震救灾期间对本校校学生和灾区寄读的学生开展展了心理安抚和疏导。
