　检点前路，我一直行走在梦想与现实的边缘；蓦然回首，我一直在致力让梦想与现实同步。

　当个教师，是我童年的梦想；做一名教育家，是我今生的夙愿。

　与教师结缘，注定一辈子教书育人。十八年的从教生涯，从一个有点“二”的愣头青到一名中学一级数学教师，赫然感悟：教师情结凝聚于心，有如蜘蛛结网般的胶着与执著。

　一个身着汗衫的农夫，叨一个烟斗，笑眯眯的看着他那一亩二分地，瓜熟蒂落，果实丰硕，吮吸着土地的芳香——那份坦然与踏实，便是我此时此刻全部心情的写照。

　我的教师情结始于启蒙。是我那一生宅在教育界的父亲那句“当教师保险”的训导，在我幼稚心田上播下了“跃出农门”的希望。更是那位农村小学的民办老师唤起了我的教师梦，常见他用那地道的xx话口若悬河、眉飞色舞般的把一群顽童“收拾”得服服帖帖，内心着实羡艳：老师真厉害，能教人脱胎换骨，不由得生出“大丈夫理当如此”的万丈豪情。

　1996年——一个激情燃烧的岁月。我以乡下第一个“状元”身份，迈进了范学院的殿堂，跨出了教师梦的第一步。四年的学海砥砺，让我从一个郁郁寡欢、畏缩不前的农民儿子一跃而成为太阳底下最光辉的人。

　正当我沉浸于学成归故里、丹心报亲人的梦幻之时，命运之神却与人作怪。就在那个骄阳似火的夏季里，一纸来自xx区教育局的冷冰冰的派遣单，击碎了弥漫在我心灵上空的美梦，让品学皆优的我无奈地随着班车的昏黄灯光，独自颠簸在梦想与现实的巨大落差里。带着失望与惶恐，我只得告别年老病弱的父母，来到xx区xx街的这所中学，从事教育工作。从此，每当花好月圆、骨肉团聚的良辰佳节，我只能独自徘徊于举水河畔，伴着习习的晚风吟咏那“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”的乡思之苦。其凄清、苦闷、彷徨、孤苦，不堪言表。

　“与其让魔鬼杀死，不如杀死魔鬼！”师范同窗的留言又重重撞击着我的心灵。站上三尺讲台才发现，在这里虽然时时有着不带半根草来亦不带半根草去的艰辛和无奈，但却诞生过弟子三千贤者七十二的千古佳话；虽然有面对土墙黑瓦的迷惘与凄凉，但更有太阳底下最光辉职业的朗朗美名……尽管曾几何时我与学生们“没大没小”的言行备受非议，但孩子们那一双双渴求知识的真诚而纯净的眼睛，那一张张在数学学习中获得巨大愉悦时欣喜的笑靥，却使我找回了自我，找到了创造的幸福、超越的崇高，更加坚定了自己要将青春奉献于举水河畔这方教坛沃土的决心！

　于是，我便扎根在这关注生命、张扬个性、富有活力、极具滋养的这所中学数学教学园地里，潜心播种，默默耕耘。凭着自己骨子里的那份坦诚与踏实，怀揣忠诚教育、挚爱学生、恪尽职守、兢兢业业的强烈事业心和责任感，与时俱进，开拓创新，用数学的博大魅力去启迪智慧、涤荡情感、陶冶心灵。讲台上，师生平等对话，引领学生们尽情享受数学之美，既有我兄长般的娓娓道来，也有学生们纯真而不失理性的慷慨陈词与思索问难；课堂下，师生亲密友善，用童心般画笔书写着美妙的青春絮语。春天，一起畅游于举水河畔，采撷着希望的种子；夏天，一同涉足于清清河水，寻觅着美丽的彩贝；秋日里，又一起来到野外，书写着收获者辛勤的汗滴；冬日中，又一起立于田野山脚，描画着腊梅花的傲岸与娇艳。

　就这样，十几年师生的和谐对话，十几载教学的情感熏陶，十几个春秋的摸爬滚打，就像一个勤勤恳恳、脚踏实地的老农撒下了汗水，也塑造了自我，形成了教学个性：严谨务实，灵动有序，个性张扬，开拓进取。以我的真诚与执著赢得了学生们的青睐、家长及领导的好评，也算小有名气。

　无数次课堂内外的洗礼，无数道数学趣题的磨砺，使学生们鼓起了数学这张古老而生机勃勃的风帆，驶向理想的彼岸，品尝到收获的喜悦。虽然说不上是“桃李满天下”，但已有一批批优秀学生走进了高等学府，走上了祖国建设的重要岗位；昔日学子，而今有已步入到校长、老总、工程师等职位，成为祖国建设人才的；也有数十位同学喜获奥数大奖。置身于衣着大方、性格率真而又灵性飞扬的学生中间，倍感踏实和幸福。我喜欢看那金黄的日光透过玻璃暖洋洋的洒在每个学生身上，我喜欢听那奋笔疾书的沙沙声，我也喜欢那混杂着汗味、粉笔尘灰和各种气息的怪怪气味……然而，欣喜之余，平心静思，幡然醒悟，只觉自己不过是原野上一个虔诚的拾穗者，满眶满箧，只求对得起滴滴汗水就心安理得而已。若仅此而已，顶多不过一“教书匠”也！

　只有种瓜者，才有大收获。我便醉心“充电”，潜心钻研。2016年，我又跨进了湖北大学汉语言文学函授院，尝到了既当老师又当学生的甘苦，努力涵养师德、丰富学识、学习经验、提升能力，转变教育观念、大胆探索教研教改。2016年起，我便肩负教研组长之重任，与同行悉心切磋，共谋长进。2016年，又加入了“xx市中学数学教学研究专业委员会”，有了更多机会就教于大家里手，能更加深入的开展教研。

　“春风化雨，春华秋实。”一个个不眠之夜的孤灯相伴，一次次字斟句酌的反复推敲，也让我品尝到了在方格上苦苦跋涉的甘甜。终于有了《浅谈新形势下数学课堂教学模式的构建》、《问生何得创造力，为有张扬个性来》等论文先后获奖或发表。2016年，顺利地取得了中学语文一级教师职务资格；2016年，个人又被评为区级骨干教师。

　教书育人，是上苍赐予读书人的一种高雅享受，那种宁静致远的体味远不是宝马、豪宅所能比拟的。尤其是秋高气爽、黄花满地的时节，捧一本书，伴一杯清茶，坐在永远纯真、永远青春的一群孩子面前，吟咏、玩味陶渊明那“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”的悠闲与恬淡；或者是风高月明之夜，置身于一帮鲜活水灵的学生当中，咀嚼、品尝李太白那“五花马，千斤裘，呼儿将去换美酒，与尔同销万古愁”的洒脱与狂放……何等潇洒自如，悠哉游哉！这时，你还有什么放不下的呢！要不，天朗气清、惠风和畅，邀一群学生，会于举水河边，茂竹修林，煮茶听雨，神侃仙聊，虽无丝竹管弦之盛，亦足以畅叙幽情，天人合一，信可乐也！这是何等境界？简直入梦入禅吧！

　是教师职业，让我离开了故土，努力扎根于斯，哪怕七旬高龄的父母无人照料，我也无怨无悔，谁叫自己如此执著于教师职业呢！是教师职业，让我安心于斯，努力营造自己的灵魂家园，即使常有种种无奈、焦虑与疲惫，我也无怨无悔，谁叫自己如此执著于教师职业呢！我想，我也该重新打量我的每一个学生，重新盘点我工作的幸福。其实，我也是个很感性的人，我的博客很多都是关于学生。学生占据我的不只是时间，甚至是我的思想和灵魂，多少次半夜醒来，梦境中全是学生。但当自己静下心来盘点时，我发现，在这个过程中，我也是幸福的。课堂上，一个从来不敢举手回答问题的学生，他今天高高举起了小手，并流利地回答了问题，我会为此感到开心！有时情绪激动将学生臭骂一顿以后，学生见到我却还是远远地就给我敬礼并甜甜地叫我一声：“老师好”时，我会感动一整天！当发现孩子的分数从不及格上升到72分时,我会为他一点点的进步而高兴地鼓掌!当跟孩子们上完一节开心的数学课后,我一天的情绪都会维持在一种高涨愉悦的状态中!当看到孩子们的日记中写道:“老师,我很喜欢你”时,当家长会上家长们投予我信任和支持的眼神时,当听到科任老师说“你们班学生最近表现不错”时，当教师节孩子们将声声祝福送给自己时……我都会感到无尽的欣慰！这样的幸福难道还不够吗？还是全国著名的教育家魏书生说得好：把自己平凡的工作当作宏伟的世界去研究，你就会发现无穷的乐趣。经历了汶川大地震以后，我们都有一种感觉——活着就是幸福！尤其七零后的我们，更对自己的人生有了很多新的思考。静下心来的时候，我们更明白，幸福其实很简单，只是有时我们忘记了去盘点自己的幸福。相反地，我们的抱怨在不断地强化着工作的烦恼。其实，无论哪个行业，都有其不尽人意之处，关键在于自己的工作心境和心态。有句话很中听：工作着的人是美丽的，教育着的人是幸福的。[课~件]既然选择了教师一职，就让做教师成为幸福的事情吧。
