The 4th China Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage Conference was held in Shenyang from September 20th to 22nd. After the successful hosting in Zhejiang, Beijing, Yunnan, this time the national textile intangible brand feast themed as "boost enjoyable consumption and create a better life", for the first time proposed to talk about "consumption" and "life" with intangible cultural heritage textiles together. It not only related to the protection and inheritance of the textile intangible cultural heritage, but also of great significance to the active development of the textile intan- gible cultural heritage and the promotion of the spirit of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.

The three-day conference is rich in content, including the unveiling of the annual ambassadors, the first 2020 (Shenyang, China) Cheongsam Design Competition, Shenyang Palace Museum Exhibition, Industry Museum of China, flash sale of intangible heritage works in Liaoning Mansion, and conference report, speeches, interviews, cooperation signing, unveiling ceremony and other activities were presented.

The series collection consists of three exhibitions, and the exhibited products covering innovative textiles with various skills and materials, such as cotton, wool, linen and silk, blue printed cloth, hand-woven cloth, Song brocade, Shu brocade, Korean costume, southwest national costume, traditional batik, tie-dye and so on. Visitors can experience the cultural connotation and artistic value of intangible cultural heritage textiles at the opening ceremony, or they can directly purchase and take their favorite products home.
