布谷飞飞劝早耕，春锄扑扑趁初晴。春分时节，全国各地春耕农业生产陆续展开。铁路一如既往倾力服务“三农”，加大运力倾斜力度，确保农药化肥等各类春耕物资运输，为支农物资运输提供了有力保障。截至3月17日，今年以来铁路共运送化肥农药2092万吨、运送粮a食1968.3万吨，有力支持了各地春耕农业生产。同时，铁路还全力满足春耕化肥调运及化肥生产所需煤炭、磷矿石运输需求，确保货畅其流；加大农业机具、种子等各种农用物资运输力度，保证农业生产正常进行。
作为国民经济大动脉，铁路在确保支农物资运输方面发挥着重要作用，并始终将这项工作作为运输的重中之重。对于化肥农药、粮食等重点物资，各铁路局加强调度组织，积极做好运力安排。
随着各地春耕陆续展开，春耕物资运输需求还将进一步上升。铁路部门将重点掌握，优先组织好运输，确保满足春耕需求，决不因为铁路运输问题对农业春耕和抗旱救灾工作造成影响。
When the Spring Equinox comes, agricultural production of spring plowing develop gradually throughout the country. As always, the railway serve the "three rural", increase the capacity tilt efforts to ensure that pesticides, fertilizers and other spring plowing goods transportation, provide a strong guarantee for the agricultural goods transportation.
As the main artery of national economy, the railway played an important role to ensure the transportation of agricultural materials, and always put this work as the top priority of the transport. For fertilizers, pesticides, food and other key supplies, every railway administration strengthen the scheduling organizations, and make capacity arrangements actively.
Until March 17th, the railway has transported a total of 20.92 million tons of fertilizera and pesticides, transported 19.683 million tons of grain this year, support the agricultural production of spring plowing strongly over the country. Meanwhile, the railway also fully satisfy transportation of coal and phosphate rock which use for the production and transportation of fertilizer, to ensure the smooth flow of goods; increase the transportation efforts of agricultural machinery, seeds and other agricultural goods to ensure the agricultural production normally.
As agricultural production of spring plowing develop, the demand of goods transport will further increase. The railway department will focus on the mastering and organizing the transportation firstly; to ensure the demand of spring plowing, not affected the agricultural plowing and drought relief work because of the railway transport.
